Shipping
Domestic shipping ranges from $10-$99 depending on location and size of the painting. International Shipping is an additional cost of $99. All paintings are shipped insured. Larger paintings are shipped very carefully in boxes that are specially made for fine art by Airfloat or MasterPak. These boxes are great because they’re the safest shipping box for your painting and they make for a safe spot for storing your fine art.
Larger paintings are delivered via FedEx or UPS in the United States. Smaller paintings and International deliveries are delivered via UPS or USPS priority mail.
I ship as quickly as possible.
All packages are shipped out with approximately 7 business days. If the painting is still wet, please allow for drying time before shipping.
Money back Guarantee
I want you to be happy with your painting! I've never had a painting returned- most people love it even more when they see their painting in person. But if you are not happy with it, you have a Money Back Guarantee. If you want to return a painting for any reason, return it in original condition within 14 days. Please carefully repack items to avoid damage on the return trip.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
If you need to return a painting, ship it insured and send me the tracking code.
Once I receive it and determine it's in original condition, I'll refund money less 4% transaction fees (Paypal/Stripe).
Framing
All paintings are offered with a Free Frame, unless noted in a particular sale (ie Sketch Sale or Special Sale). I frame the painting in a frame that I believe complements the piece. Some examples are below. If the frame is different for a particular piece, it is shown on the painting's page. Here's an example. If you'd like a different framing option, please let me know. Often times, I can switch it without delay or cost.
I can always work with you to find what you're looking for.
